Flow builder polish and a faster Connect inbox

Ajena's flow builder gets clearer routing controls, and the Connect inbox stops making you wait.

Sutisna · August 4, 2026

This release is mostly about friction we had stopped noticing. Two areas got attention: the Ajena flow builder, and the Connect inbox that sits next to it.

Clearer routing in the flow builder

Routing a flow used to mean holding a mental model of which branch ran when, with the builder offering little help. Conditions now read in plain language on the canvas itself, so you can see at a glance which path a message takes without opening each step.

Enabling and disabling a flow is also a single toggle now, in the place you would expect to find it. Previously that lived behind a menu, which meant the most common operational action was also one of the least discoverable.

A faster Connect inbox

The inbox now loads the conversation you clicked before it loads everything else. On a busy account that is the difference between an instant open and a visible pause.

If you run flows against a high-volume WhatsApp number, this is the change you will feel first.

Nothing to do on your side

Both changes are live for every organization. Existing flows keep their current behaviour — the routing display changed, not the routing itself.
